Employment will be done through a number of steps to ensure that the employee is qualified, experienced and physically and mentally fit to comply and adhere to the Company’s Rules and Regulations, Safety and Quality standard.
v The employees are informed about employment condition including salary, over-time payment, working hour etc.
v Company never uses Child Labor. A certain age limit is included within the criteria of engagement in the job.
v Adapt and abide according to Company’s standard HR policy.
v All employees must maintain Company’s Standard Dress Code and Time Frame.
v Maintain conditions of Labour Law of Bangladesh.
In case of failure to observe or refuse to the above policy, company has the right to take necessary Disciplinary Actions against any employee up to dismissal from the company.
